These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CryptaDash (the "Service"), available at cryptadash.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Not financial advice. CryptaDash is a personal trading journal, planning, and analytics tool. Nothing on the Service - including scanner signals, confluence scores, entry/stop/target levels, compounding projections, market-sentiment readings, or any other output , is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset.
All signals and figures are generated by automated heuristics from third-party market data and may be inaccurate, delayed, or wrong. Cryptocurrency trading is highly risky and you can lose some or all of your capital, and with leverage, more than your capital. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial professional.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service. The Service is a tool, not a brokerage or exchange, we do not hold funds, place trades, or have custody of any assets.
2. The Service
CryptaDash lets you record trades and exits, track profit and loss, model compounding projections, view market indicators, scan markets for technical setups, and use optional discipline features (such as daily targets and cool-off locks). Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
3. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any data, price, indicator, or signal is accurate, complete, or timely. Market data is sourced from third parties (such as Binance, CoinGecko, and alternative.me) and may contain errors or delays outside our control.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptaDash and its operators will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the Service and any reliance on its outputs is entirely at your own risk.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
CryptaDash offers an optional paid plan ("Pro") billed as a recurring subscription through our payment processor, Stripe. By starting a paid plan you authorize us, via Stripe, to charge your payment method the then-current fee on a recurring basis until you cancel. We never see or store your full card details.
Free trial. Pro may be offered with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged and the subscription begins automatically.
Auto-renewal and reminders. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. As a courtesy, we email you a reminder 48 hours and again 24 hoursbefore each renewal, so you have time to cancel if you wish.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that. Canceling on its own does not trigger a refund.
Refunds. If you are charged for a renewal, you may request a full refund of that renewal charge within 48 hours of the renewal date. After 48 hours have passed, that renewal charge is non-refundable. To request a refund within the window, email cryptadash.hello@gmail.com from the address on your account. This policy applies to renewal charges; any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction still apply.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing. Any change applies to billing periods after we notify you, and continuing your subscription after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
6. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. One account per person; do not share accounts.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law;
- attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data without permission;
- misuse third-party data accessed through the Service in violation of those providers' terms.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties for market data, hosting, and optional notifications (e.g., Telegram). We are not responsible for those services, and their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by CryptaDash and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the trade data you enter.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction, e.g., the Province/State of ___], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located there.
